I uploaded a study, but I cannot find it in Ambra.

...

If you cannot find the study in the “Activities” queue, it is possible that the study has been previously uploaded and approved, that the upload failed , or something else happened. Please . It is also possible that the study has not fully processed in the system. Depending on the size of the study, it can take up to 30 minutes to appear in the queue.

To see if the study has been previously uploaded:

  • Check the name space in which the image was uploaded to search for the imaging study.

  • If you find the study, view the images to ensure the images are properly de-identified.

    • If the images are not de-identified, Request Study Deletion. The study will need re-uploaded after the current study has been deleted. NOTE: If you upload prior to the current study being deleted, the same issue will occur.

If you are still unable to find the study, please contact the RDCRN DMCC Service Desk and include the following information:

  • Name of the clinical site (e.g. DMCC - 1000 Cincinnati Children’s Hospital)

  • Local ID and/or Participant ID

  • When you believe the imaging study was uploaded

I cannot find a study in the Radiology or Protocol Groups.

If the study was recently uploaded and approved, you might need to wait for the Ambra system to fully share the image to these groups. The bigger the imaging study, the longer it will take. Typically it should appear within 15-20 minutes.

...

If the study has already been approved, use the instructions listed in the RDCRN Ambra User Guide Features and Workflows Documentation to request study deletion as well as to confirm the deletion.
