Who do I contact for issues regarding my REDCap MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)?

Who do I contact for issues regarding my REDCap MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)?

RDCRN requires the use of MFA for all users accessing REDCap. If your institution already has MFA implemented as part of their login process, RDCRN will trust your institutional MFA. In these cases, you will need to contact your local IT support for help with issues regarding your multifactor login process. Some commonly needed help desks include:

  • CCHMC - If you log in using your Cincinnati Children’s username and password, please reach out to help@bmi.cchmc.org with any questions or concerns.

  • Login.gov - For issues logging in via login.gov, their helpdesk can be contacted here.

If your institution is not already using MFA, you will be prompted to set up an RDCRN Duo account. More information on how Duo MFA is used in RDCRN and how to set up your account can be found here. RDCRN Duo is identifiable by the RDCRN logo included on all Duo prompt screens.

In these cases, please submit a ticket to the DMCC with a description of the issue and screenshot of the error.
