How do I enable Twilio text messaging in my REDCap project?

Only REDCap administrators at the DMCC can turn on Twilio text messaging services in your project. Submit a request form to get a phone number and Twilio configurations initially set up. Once enabled, additional Twilio settings will become available on the Project Setup page.
