A user at the Destination site may manually confirm receipt of each sample within a shipment once the shipment has been updated with a status of DELIVERED. The status is provided by the shipping carrier.
To confirm receipt of each sample, locate the shipment from the list shown on the Shipment Tracker page. Click the three dots on the shipment row to expand.
