UAT checklist:

  • UAT version of the sample collection form has been created in REDCap

  • REDCap Service account has been added to the UAT project and an API token has been created by a REDCap administrator

  • The Biospecimen Tracking Configuration - ** UAT COPY ** project has been updated with all necessary data

  • All users involved in User Acceptance Testing have been added to the UAT sample collection form project and API tokens has been created by a REDCap administrator

  • Test samples have been entered into the UAT version of the new sample collection form and reviewed the UAT version of the Tracker. All expected sample and sample data fields appear in the Tracker.

  • Consortium users have tested the sample collection form and the UAT version of the Tracker

  • A shipment has been created and data imports back into the REDCap record

Production checklist:

  • Production version of the sample collection form has been created in REDCap

  • REDCap Service account has been added to the Production project

  • The Biospecimen Tracking Configuration project has been updated with all necessary data

  • All users who need access have been added and API tokens has been created by a REDCap administrator

  • The Service Account and Tracker users have been given Import/Export API tokens.
