Can't Access REDCap - File Not Found

If you have bookmarked or saved a link to your REDCap database, you may encounter an error that says “File Not Found” when accessing it.

This is expected as REDCap URL’s are updated and changed over time, causing saved links to become outdated. The REDCap project buttons available through the Protocols pages of the Member's Landing Page are kept up-to-date and will direct you to your REDCap database. For example,

Select the appropriate protocol number, and a link to the REDCap database will become available.
