REDCap MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)

REDCap MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)

As of May 26, 2020, RDCRN requires the use of MFA for all users accessing REDCap. More information on how Duo MFA is used in RDCRN and how to set up your account can be found here.

If there are any issues with your REDCap multifactor login process, the best helpdesk for support depends on how you log into RDCRN.

CCHMC Users - If you log in using your Cincinnati Children’s username and password, Duo is included as part of your CCHMC login. Please reach out to help@bmi.cchmc.org with any questions or concerns.

Login.gov Users - Login.gov authentication uses its own multifactor, and RDCRN Duo is not required. For login.gov issues, their helpdesk can be contacted here.

RDCRN Duo is utilized by all other users. Please submit a ticket to the DMCC with a description of the issue and screenshot of the error, if applicable.
