Other Things to Know About Drupal
When you log into Drupal, you will see a toolbar across the top of the page:
Content
When you click on Content, you will see this sub-menu:
When you use this toolbar to view things, this is another way to locate pages or information within Drupal.
If you wish to see all content on the site, you can just click on the top “Content” menu item.
From here, you can click on a title to view the page on the live site, or you can click on edit to make updates.
By choosing “Content type” you can search for only specific type of content (not all content types listed are currently being used).
You can also search by “title” if you know the name of the page you are looking for.
Currently, we are using “Basic block” and “Research Study Details”.
To see all Blocks, click on the first “Blocks” under “Add Content” on the left side.
General Site Note on Page Revisions
You can view revisions of this page by clicking on the revisions button near the top. To view past version of a page, click on the date field. You need to hit the back button to return to the Admin console. If you need to revert to an earlier version on the page, you would click on the “Revert” button on the right side.
